This was just a guess pattern. It turned out really cute. And it matches the Ready for Fun outfit! I took a pic of Nellie in it. Here is the album link!

Very cute! Would you mind sharing how you made it? I think those types of yarn are really fun, but I'm not sure how to approach them (I just picked up crochet a month ago).
Thanks,
Becca

Wow, that scarf looks wonderful! Especially on Nellie! You picked perfect colors to match that outfit. Really cool!
Now I'm going to have to raid my dd's yarn bin. She might even have that very yarn! Of course then I'll have buy the outfit. And no sense in buying an empty outfit - might as well get a doll in it... So the scarf will cost almost $100 by the time I'm done...

I don't mind at all sharing. I just did two rows of double crochets. I guessed on the length. You can buy the yarn at Wal-Mart. That fuzzy stuff is hard to work with. I have been crocheting for a while...and it is a change I'll say!!! Glad all of you like it. I am going to make one for DD to match. I would be willing to make one for someone who wants one!

Great job, it looks fantastic on your Nellie, kind like a boa - do you call it that in English, you know these scarves made out of feathers? And the colors are perfect.
It's fun making things for the girls isn't it? Especially as you get it done quicker than in full adult size.
